Redis Distributed Traces for Elasticache showing as unmonitored hosts

Hi I want to ask regarding Distributed Traces, we know that for Database Services, we can know the underlying Database services without having OneAgent on the Database Servers themselves, which doesn't pose a problem if your Database is hosted say in AWS RDS.

However for redis & elasticache, it seems to be showing as request to unmonitored hosts, is there anyway to prevent this behavior?

Issue solved, apparently we can set the url of redis elasticache using custom devices based on this blog page:
