Dear all,
A customer has the NG|SCREENER tool to monitor the user's activity accessing the Temenos T24 Transact servers.
How can we achieve the same or better using the Dynatrace?
It is a kind of audit of those activities performed by respective users.
Initially, the user logs in to the NG|SCREENER tool first and then accesses the Temenos T24 Transact server.

@Babar_Qayyum - im not too familiar with that tool but Dynatrace offers Audit logs from the API but also via a Services/Elevate Portal

If the Temenos T24 servers are monitored in Dynatrace in Full-stack mode so you will be able to detect the full transactions of user activity as the user after passing NG|SCREE, and when performing backtrace you will observe it comes from unknown host.
Via Temenos T24, kindly consider creating a request attribute to fetch the email value for each user.
