Unable to fetch api on dynatrace.

Dear Team,

we have onboarded an application and process has started ,traffic has also put on that application  , my client has shared the endpoint/api related to that application but we are unable to get those endpoint in the MDA , any suggestion please let me know in urgent basis.

We have onboarded new java application , After installation process has started . services is visible over the service tab , but the api which is shared by application team to verify is not visible even after putting regular load. Please suggest on urgent.

Have they generated requests in relation to that API?

If there are requests to the application and you cannot see them in the service or MDA, please verify:

  • Are the technologies and frameworks used fully supported? (most likely this is the cause) You might need to enable support for certain frameworks or technologies in OneAgent features
  • Check also other services in the same process group - maybe the API requests are just in a different service.
  • Are there any exclusion or mute rules for the requests in place?
  • Are you looking at the right process/service/host where the load is happening? (maybe it's just a different environment - happened several times among our customers)
