Hi Rudra,

you posted in the Dynatrace Forum but tagged your post with AppMon, which product is this about? As the permissions sound like Dynatrace my answer is for the latter.

You'll need to be a member of the predefined "Confidential data admin" group to configure request-data capture rules or be a member of any other group with the "Configure request capture data" permission given for the environment you want to configure:
