Hello,

I'm trying to invite an user with a dedicated group assigned but whenever the user is clicking into SSO key the assigned group is getting removed automatically and the user is getting -

Env: Managed. We've SSO in place.

Is there an issue?

Hi,

Please check the user if he is part of a group, and also check if his group is declared in the Dynatrace groups for access.
