What does document:environment-shares:claim actually do?

Hi all :),

Usually all the iam policies are quite clear but for the

document:environment-shares:claim

policy it is a bit unclear to me what it does. Is it 1) to change ownership? So that I can become the owner of someone else's dashboard. Meaning i could kinda "hijack" them so then it should probably be something for rather admin level employees. Or is it 2) that when someone shares a dashboard with me, that I can "claim" the read or edit rights for example via the link.

Help and details are appreciated :).

I am mostly interested in what "claim environment shares of the document service" means in practice. I saw the description but it is still not very intuitive to me. From your first community link I assume its the first scenario I mentioned, so only related to accepting an invite to join for example as reader or editor on a dashboard and not related to ownership changes?
