What is a definition of Request in Waterfall Analysis and What is the variable that can make the Request slow

I got a slow request but in Waterfall Analysis can not explain, How that's request slow

in tracing it's not show the slowing process

and  can someone explain about, How Dynatrace track traffic between Web-client -> Cloudflare -> Webserver
