Go to the Crash logs page: You can do an analysis by clicking the Browse [...]... button on the entity page.
When a new memory dump has to be generated, simply choose the process you wish to examine and click the Trigger new dump button. A memory dump can be made in just a few minutes.
You should try refreshing the page in a few minutes.
