When do I need to add Process Grouping Rules?

There are two main use cases: 

• Fine-tune the default built-in grouping rules to merge or split processes. 

• In case Dynatrace doesn't recognize a technology, you can create a PGR rule to recognize it properly and group it in a well-structured way.
