edit path of oneagent tools folder

you want to change: C:\Program Files (x86)\dynatrace\oneagent\agent\tools

into

"C:\Program Files\dynatrace\oneagent\agent\tools"

as these files are no longer installed into the x86 folder since you upgrade OA to be fully x64

The blog article was updated, and the path in it to the oneagentctl is now correct.
