Hi @Jigeesha_Gupta ,

When you navigate to the account settings page from the top right icon such as:

You would be able to see access permissions to all the users and even add/delete/modify the user group permissions. 

If you do not have access to the account settings page, you might need to check the same with the admin user who has permission to make those modifications:
