when I load the app on my iPad I don't have the option to add environments and only get the message "logging out as there are no environments assigned to this user Dynatrace". there are no other options available on the IOS app except for logout, and even that doesn't exit the application. your assistance is appreciated.

Are your environments on Dynatrace SaaS or Managed? The mobile app authentication has different instructions depending on the deployment model.
@SShabodien In order to setup your mobile app, you need to authenticate via the UI once. Id recommend deleting your app and downloading it again fresh. Once downloaded, go to your desktop/laptop and access Dynatrace as you normal would. Select the following:
If you are managed it should have a spot to send a link to your email account, from there you will follow those instructions.
