well, it depends on the way you are going to use to monitor the OpenShift, For example, if you are going to use classic full-stack monitoring(recommended by Dynatrace), the host units will be calculated based on the RAM of the worker nodes in the cluster, taking into consideration the running applications which will consume DEM units if there are user experience monitoring (user sessions) and the cluster metrics and events which will consume DDUs
so, you need to decide first which of the following deployment option you need to use:
Classic full-stack
Cloud-native full-stack
Host monitoring
Automatic application-only
