selfMonitoringAgent on Custom App doesn't work

Hi team,

Following the guide provided here:
https://developer.dynatrace.com/develop/test-and-troubleshoot/troubleshoot/monitor-dynatrace-apps/

It seems like per default Dynatrace already is injecting an Agent into all apps, so that setting doesn't matter as when the app is deployed and installed our custom monitoring agent can't be initialized:

Is there a way of disabling the default agent that collects data on custom apps? Or is there a way to enforce the custom agent used on the selfMonitoringAgent setting to be the one that is initialized by default?
