I assume you have 2 instance of Dynatrace and need to move the licenses from one to another.

- Under "Consumption by environment", you can assign/reassign license points between instances

In addition, if you have multiple clusters (e.g. multiple licenses) and you want to transfer licenses, you will have to talk to support or your sales representative for transferring the license units between licenses.
