Hi

am facing issue with websphere at AIX 7.2 tl 5 that give me like the deep monitoring is not enabled 

but for real its enabled and give me 

any ideas ?

• If deep monitoring is enabled in process settings.
• Restart process.

i did restart the process and the host but with no luck of changes

@IslamEsmail Check the OneAgent Support archive. There can be a dozen reasons for that. Most likely, first, check if the OS is really supported with the OneAgent version you are using. Check if the kernel module is loaded and works (oneagent support archive includes that information). Also, state this can be accomplished by disabling manual injection by configuring OneAgent with oneagentctl. 
Also, the kernel module must be enabled in your Dynatrace tenant - either globally or on the host (it  can be changed on host):
