Even with RUM disabled, I see javascript injection on the application. I see that the above file was modified recently. file has one byte : value is 1.

Hi @Shikha Y.

This file is used internally by OneAgent installer and is an implementation detail of the agent.

It does not control the injection configuration.

I'd advise that you use in-product chat to ask about the behavior you are observing.
