Hi , I want to capture mouse click action on Finish button in easytravel application for page

/orange-booking-finish.jsf?journeyId=_

I want to understand how to this custom user action can be captured in Dynatrace.

Can you check and make your XHR action is enabled for your application. If no, enable it. If you need steps let me know.
If yes it is enabled, then create user action extraction/naming rule to capture particular action and name it accordingly.

Please look in the Async Requests and Single Page Apps section of Application Settings to ensure you've enabled all appropriate frameworks and Fetch() or XMLHTTPRequests as appropriate.
