Future of Apdex

Hi community friends,

We are currently evaluating the new RUM experience in Dynatrace and noticed that Apdex is no longer explicitly mentioned in the new UI.

Apdex is still widely used by many customers as a key KPI, and in several cases it is deeply embedded in existing dashboards, reports, and management reporting. Because of this, its availability and future support are quite important.

Could someone from Dynatrace clarify:

• Is Apdex still supported in the new RUM experience?

• If so, how is it expected to be accessed?

• If Apdex is planned to be deprecated or removed, what is the recommended alternative metric or approach?

If Apdex is going away, it would be very helpful to know this early so we can proactively help customers adapt their reporting and monitoring strategies.
