IAM policy scheme ID for key user action creation

Hello Everyone, 

I want to create an IAM policy where I can add the access related to creation of key user action for frontend web application. There is no schema id present for key user action for web application which I can use to give access to the users in Dynatrace so that they can create and modify their key user action by themselves. 

Can someone please let me know how to give the permission for this kind of scenario.

Only ROLE to mark Key User Actions is Change Monitoring Settings. I guess that if you Raise an Idea it could be voted.
