Is it possible to link users to the exception details?

We have been asked to determine which users are experiencing a particular exception the most.  We then want to break down the exception occurrences by user geolocation.

I haven't been able to link an exception back to the specific user.  Is this possible?

How do you extract User Tag information?
If you use Request Attribute, you can use Multidimentional Analysis for this.
