List of users/services that consume (inbound connection ) a website (IIS) in Dynatrace

Is it possible to obtain a list of systems/applications (via their IP address and HTTP port) that consume a website's IIS traffic in Dynatrace?

I can see the incoming services. But is it possible to view the other consumers of a website?

Please note that this website does not use "Real user monitoring".
