Mobile app unexpected drop in usage

Dear All,

There is an activity every month which generates almost 5 to 7 times more user actions/sessions. Therefore, immediately after 7 days, the subject problem appears.

Is there a way to handle this situation without resetting the reference period and disabling the unexpected low load
anomaly detection?

I would suggest to make a maintenance window during that time.
