TN3270 Real User Monitoring

We are looking for a means to track user experience from a tn3270 emulator running on Ipads from our field workers.  What we want to know is when users have slowdowns or connectivity issues.  Many are using the ios cellular network over a vpn to get to our mainframe instances.  We do have Dynatrace Mainframe monitoring enabled on our cics regions.  Anyone else doing anything like this?

This is not a straight solution, but can help you the idea. I heard about a solution to transform the TN3270 or 5250 emulators from IBM into a web page and then you can consume the screens from a auto-constructed Web Page. Once you have the web design you can deploy Real User Monitoring from Dynatrace to gain observability.
