Key Context:

• Default maxUrlLength in ASP.NET is 260 characters.
• This does not include query string parameters (?key=value) — it's strictly the path portion after the domain name.

Caused By:

Dynatrace Real User Monitoring (RUM) script injection, specifically the way ruxitagent.js is loaded and metadata is encoded for session tracing.  Dynatrace agent is not tuned to respect URL length limits.
