Why User Sessions is empty ?

Acessing Dynatrace trough "User & Sessions" show no data.
Which means that "fetch user.sessions" is empty in dashboards/notebooks.

But why acessing "Sessions Query" provide me all data ?

The web application is manual instrumented with JavaScript Snippet.

Any thoughts ?

@lfoltran You might need to have the below enabled for the app to have the data queried from Grail

@lfoltran thx. Your tenant needs to be Grail eligible and then within the Experience Vitals app, go to your frontend settings, go to enablement and cost control and make sure both RUM classic and RUM are enabled with a capture rate higher than 0%. Then you should be able to see sessions either in the Users and Sessions app or in Notebooks when fetching user.sessions
