We are using visually complete time as our performance indicator and I observed for the same user action (for ex. Load home page) why am I not seeing visually complete time sometimes? I assumed visually complete time is always captured and would be equal to the useraction duration for the pages that doesnt have asynchronous calls.
Can someone help?

One problem could be browser support for mutation observers. If you have users with older browser version that don't support this, dynatrace is not able to calculate visually complete for those action.
You can find more information about the visually complete / speed index prerequisits in the Troubleshooting visually complete documentation.
