In Oneagent Dynatrace instance we are only seeing the F5 ip as the client ip.
the x_forwarded_for is disabled on the F5
I am unsure if this is the causal issue. any other troubleshooting ideas.

Solved! Go to Solution.
In general if there is any other header that can be used to determine real user IP, you can go to settings => Web & Mobile applications => IP determination. There you can configure it.
