Hi, Nick

Regarding the updates, there are changes to the questions, practical activities and exam timing

A complete path to follow for success has also been included in university

By taking a bootcamp to prepare, you can be well aware of the changes.

I was preparing for the exam in the old format. I was doing well in the Quiz. This change really discouraged me...
Can anyone who has already taken the test measure the level of difficulty in relation to the previous exam?

Unfurtunatily, the new associate exam is harder than the 4 quizzes and even the test exam.

The questions came in the form of use-cases scenario, this exam was not at a simple high level for a new DT users, but it required to be a trained expert.

additionally, there is no quiz or exam similar to the new exam that can be trained on.

Hello, I have taken the new exam twice, as it is confirmed the level is not for those who begin with the tool, additionally I have a question for those who have passed it, in my case when I got to the practical part I was saving images and evidence as indicated by the exam, but on both occasions I ran out of time and when I received the grade they did not count me any of the questions from the practical section, if you do not finish or conclude with the questions, this section is not taken into account and your score decreases a lot. What is the approach I should take, for example, if I see that there is no more time, move on to the questions and close the exam so that they take this last section into account.

Hi @juanrergis

I think no one passed it from the first trial, keep studying and manage your exam time in the next time

Good luck in the next time,

Here are my advices to pass the exam:

- start with the theoretical part, read carefully and select the best answer

- in case you are not sure from your answer, simply select the most options you sure from and flag (mark) this question to review it layer (Don't leave a question unanswered)

- any question shouldn't take more than 1 min, then move on to the next.

- Theoretical parts may take 45-60 min

- reviewing all questions later at the last 30 min (don't waste you time)

- after that, go to practical part, which consume more time (90 min)

- every question should answered well from the first time

- no time, no need to review the practical part

- don't waste your time (saving images then uploading ), it is better to use a snippet tool to select your image and (ctrl+v) to paste it directly and immediately in the dedicated area

- after finishing the practical part, you will have just 15 min to review your answers

- start reviewing with the flagged one first

- try to submit you answers 5 min earlier

Do you remember some of the practical questions?

Will I need to install a OneAgent (Linux, Windows or something else?) ? What are the other practical questions like? For example making a dashboard tile with one or two filters, a custom service,...? Rename services/user actions/requests,...?
