Dears,
I was having my Dynatrace Professional Implementation Exam last Thursday, but when i started with ProcorU, the agents asked me to do the pre-checks again and he was very late to response while I was asking him I am not able to re-do the pre-checks. Sometime was lost while that agent was late to respond, so I disconnected the session and started again to have another agent. Again the agent told me to do the pre-checks and I asked him how? he said try to re-load the page, and I told him I did, then he said try to close all browsers and restart your PC. I did that, then I was re-connecting to another agent of ProctorU. The agent again asked me the same so she was good that she understood I was not able to do the pre-checks again, so she started to ask me to show the room and all other pre-checks on Live.
more than one hour was lost during this procedure, then after completing the pre-checks and the agent said that everything is OK, she told me why you are setting on a Sofa, it is not allowed!! so I told her that I am handicapped person and I did the previous exam on the same Sofa and it is comfortable to me but she refused.!!
I said OK, and I brought another chair, and when I was setting on a chair, she asked me again to do the pre-checks!!!
So we are about 2 hours from the time i should start the exam!!. Until now I did not start it.
When everyting was OK!, we tried to start the exam and it this time we were not able to do, as there was an error coming from the Dynatrace platform seems that we don't have any registration for the exam and we should register again!!!
I raised a ticket last Thursday and until now there is no reply from Dynatrace as proctorU agent told me that this problem should be resolved from Dynatrace itself. So please how can i solve this issue as I am not able to reschedule my exam and not able to attend it on time. Please advise
