Anyone ever create synthetic transaction that involve 2FA?

For example, transaction that involved an OTP from SMS. Anyone ever try to create a synthetic transaction of this kind?

I have not, being that this is a few years old, did you end up setting up synthetics for this? How'd it go? any issues?
