Hello, I am new to using Dynatrace and have a question. We have an internal MVC web application that for example posts a form to back to the controller action method which then makes an async http client request to another internal web service. This web service call performs some action and then using signal r posts a response back to the original web application. Is it possible in Dynatrace to link these actions (e.g. form post, http client request, signal response) together? So we can capture the whole journey of a particular user action being performed in the web application.
