Synthetic Monitors creation

Hi, I am getting below error while trying to create clickpath monitors in dynatrace.

"Your monitor can't be created because the selected management zone doesn't allow synthetic monitors. Either select a different management zone (see filter icon in the menu bar above) or contact your Dynatrace administrator." Can someone let me know the cause for this issue and how to resolve it?

Your MZ may not have any rule that includes Synthetic Monitors.

Or if it does, you are not properly following it, like create a Monitor with the proper name or with the proper tag.

Or even your group access permission does not have the "Change monitoring settings" checked for the specific MZ.
