URL-Test: Is it possible to set up test attempts? For example, if a URL-Tests fails the first time, is it possible to repeat instantly, to check if the error is persistent?

Hi Patrick,
Sorry for the very late reply. Somehow we missed your question 😞
For browser monitors we automatically instantly retry the test and only report an error if the retry fails as well.
For HTTP monitors the is currently no such behavior or option.
Kind regards, Philipp

FYI...
I know it's been awhile, but I don't believe this to be accurate. Browser monitors do not retry on error for anything other than some network error conditions.
I have opened support tickets on this very issue and was told, repeatedly, that there was no such retry on error.

In the Classic Synthetic product, retry on error was indeed only for certain network error conditions but for Dynatrace Synthetic Browser Monitors retry on error is available for all failures. You can enable/ disable it in the Outage settings tab.
