This is what we get once we upgrade to SAAS. Listing some of the benefits here along with relation to day-to-day usage:
1. Automation Engine - Workflows is a powerful utility to automate stuff, auto remediate - using ansible/scripts etc.
2. AppEngine - Power to create your own apps, customize UI experience and use cases.
3. Faster deployments and scalability - Going to SAAS increases the pace of rollouts.
4. Grail(Logs/traces/RUM/metrics) - Power of slicing and dicing the data and flexible querying with DQL. If you have faced a problem if you could not query the data present in Dynatrace or display in a way you want, Grail is the way to Go!
5. Flexible licensing model(DPS) - With DPS you can use the unused licenses towards any other capabilities of Dynatrace.
