Hi @johana_uray 
I don't understand what you refer, maybe can you explain a little bit better. The migration from managed to SaaS doesn't include data (metrics, sessions, etc.), it just only includes configurations.
After migrating the configurations, you need to re-direct your OneAgent communication to the Active Gates Environments connected to SaaS or go directly to your tenant SaaS.

My serious is, once the migration to Saas is ready. We can restrict the data that is sent to the cloud in transactiones?

If you refer to settings you had in Managed to control what's exchanged with Mission Control - there's no such options in SaaS. All data is in SaaS. You can add some masking rules on your data if you have privacy concerns.
