Alert on abnormal network interface bandwidth

Hello Community. I need to monitor the bandwidth of a network interface when it experiences abrupt changes above or below its baseline.

As shown in this graph, traffic drops unexpectedly:

Is this possible?

I was trying "Metric Event" with "Model Type = Static Threshold" where the threshold is less than 1% and another profile is above 70%, but I don't see this as very viable since a low-traffic event could be triggered during off-peak hours.

I see that besides "Static Threshold," there's "Auto-adaptive threshold" and "Seasonal baseline."

Can you recommend which to use, or if there's another strategy for this type of monitoring?
