At the moment it seems there is no possibility to:
Dynatrace will (should) raise a problem if JavaScript error rate increases for an application. Unfortunately, we don't have any options to alert on particular errors or tune the alerting for different errors. Just the option to ignore specific errors (which may be randomized or out of your control).
Are any improvements planned in this area?

While we can now chart a bunch of javascript errors, we cannot alert as granular as you are requesting.
@Karolina L. can you convert this to a RFE? So it can be reviewed for a future enhancement.

Hi Julius
one way (but depend on the complexity of your environment/application) is to play with Tags and management zone in order to segregate service, process group, applications, Host you want to take under control (maybe a subset of application business transaction .. like payment).
Base on that you can use Tile, Custom chart and USQL to filter data and chart what you need and track using conversion goal.
You can export Custom charter / USQL via API
As i wrote this can work for small application/environment
Basically you can design one Dashboard (Holistic view) to be offered to the users. They can apply management zone base on need and create alert profile base on Management Zone (not sure work as you expected but better than nothing).
An example on Mobile channel base on OS
