Hello,
I don't see an option to configure an anomaly detection for a transaction / service on throughput. The default global setting uses response time and failure rate.
Is there any way I can configure a service to alert personnel when throughput drops or spikes significantly? It is available for Applications but not for transactions / services.
Thanks,
Abhaya

Unfortunately that's not available as of today. Its on my roadmap to introduce that for services as opt in. For application traffic you find the traffic baselining settings under application anomaly settings.
Hi -- is there any ETA for this feature?
There are several RFEs that deal with the topic of service load alerting and baselining already. Its definitely on my roadmap but I can't give you any near timeline for that.
I could use this as well. In my case we just had a new file added to our main site that was operating outside of normal caching rules and was making it back to the servers on every request. Having a baseline and warning would have helped with this.
