Any suggestions on how to setup reminders for alerts on Synthetic test failures on DT SaaS?

I tried to add alerting profile with various conditions to alert when there is open problem for 0 min,5 min,15 mins but received alert for test failure only once. Any suggestions on to achieve this functionality to receive reminders about a problem on the environment?

There is no feature in Dynatrace to receive reminders. You get one notification for open of a problem and one for the closing state change.
