Hi, We find that the Auto-detected Problems shows Impacted entities as null (dash). What could be the cause of missing impacted entities being reported in problem:

The reason is that there is no real user monitoring application either set up or affected by that problem. The problem in this case does only affect one service, no hosts are affected either.

We actually does have real user monitoring enabled for this application (and traffic is sparse). However, will check with support. Thanks !
