Calling a mobile phone from dynatrace

Hello,

As I remember correctly @ChadTurner had a post/blog where he was being called by Davis that there was a problem in Dynatrace.

What service did he/you use for this? And anybody know what the current preferred way is to accomplish this.

(I am not looking for a push, but my customer wants a real phone call)
