We're setting up some email alerting for problems in Dynatrace. Two emails are generated, one to raise a new problem, and one for the resolution. We'd like to have access to the comments that were written up until the resolution in the resolved email (doesn't need to be specifically only in the resolved email, can be in both). I checked the placeholders and did not find anything that seemed relevant to this. Is there any way to get the comments related to the problem in the email notification? That one is a bit tricky as at start time of a problem there will never be any comment attached only on resolve time at best.To get all the comments ever written to a problem you could use our APIs as shown here:
