Changing a certain metric's anomaly for a process group/process instead of doing at host group level

Hi,
I have a process group for which I want to be alerted if network packer retransmission rate is higher than some 20%. I want to change this at process group level rather than doing at host group level so as to keep other processes on the host group with default anomaly setting.
Is there a way I can set the limit at process group level rather than at host group level ?

You can create an metric event seleting process group entities.
