Deployment Changed Events Alerts

Dear All,

Do we have a way to alert on deployment change? If possible, on a particular host/process and especially to define the particular details/artifact.

On top of it, to point out the user who did the deployment.

We also need this capability but as far as know Dynatrace has no such ability.
