Determine the exact number of affected customers

Hello ,

Im trying to figure out an exact way to get the number of actually affected customers by an specific Problem detected by Dynatrace. I`m also trying to figure out their IDs as in my case they show as Anonymous . 

How can i be certain that this number : 499 is correct ?
