We recognize that a visual screen called "Visual resolution path" will be displayed in the "Problems" of the menu when something goes wrong with OneAgent monitored by Dynatrace.
I wanted to issue a "Visual resolution path", I tried various pseudo obstacles, but the screen could not be displayed.
Please let me know the conditions under which "Visual resolution path" is displayed.

Visual Resolution Path is displayed when problem is detected across multiple entities in your environment.
