We are currently performing infrastructure availability testing in Dynatrace Managed. I have installed the Dynatrace Oneagent on our test Kiosk. As part of the tests, the team has pulled the Network cable out to simulate an outage. They noted that it took about 7 minutes before they received the email.
They have asked if it is possible to change this to make it almost realtime. Is it possible to do this? I could not see a configuration setting for this.
