It is not related to DDUs, the Service quality reports are generated each week on Mondays after 00:00 or 12:00 AM, so they'll be there for you at the start of your work week. Each service quality report summarizes the monitoring insights that Dynatrace has compiled over the past week. They offer an overview of your applications, services, infrastructure utilization, performance problems, and the impact of performance problems on your customers.
as for the availability reports, they will be available after creating a synthetic monitoring

for added clarity, Availability reports are only available after the first weekly run and will be created at midnight on Sundays
