Events in service page

In a service page, what events are written there, I have noticed that, as an example, request errors are not visible here.

Restarts

Garbage Collection / Long Garbage Collection

Crashes

Deployment Changes

Annotation

Deployment

Info

Log Pattern Match

Load Balancer Failure

Load Balancer unhealthy

JavaScript Framework Changes

Marked for Termination

Out of Memory Kill

And so on....
